After work, we went out to enjoy a bit of the sunshine that seems to be in short supply recently. It was a bit chilly but bright. We headed over to Wilson's Marsh to check out some of the new inhabitants (Goslings) and anything else we could see. There were plenty of songbirds in the trees but most were not the most cooperative and kept hiding behind the branches. Saw a few Tree Sparrows, Goldfinches, an American Redstart, some Gulls flying by and lots of Red-winged Blackbirds and Canada Geese. We got some good shots of the Geese out for their morning swim with their Goslings but I think I like this female Red-winged Blackbird more than anything else I took today. Taken with Canon 70D, Canon 100-400mm @ 400mm, 1/1600 sec, f/8 and ISO 500
