Went for a bit of a drive this afternoon to see what we could see. Found these deer in a field, right beside the road. They were screened by some trees so that might be why they were out and about, midday. The deer seem to be out in full force this year. I have seen more in the last few weeks than I have ever seen. By the time we got stopped and our cameras ready to shoot, they had moved off a bit. Shooting through the trees was a bit of a challenge but I like the result. Taken with Canon 70D, Canon 100-400mm @400mm, 1/1000 sec, f/7.1 and ISO 400
