Yet another grey, damp, dreary day. I did get a couple of shots of some flowers in the rain but I was not really happy with them so I decided to go with something from yesterday morning. Going by the Dieppe Traffic Circle every day, we have seen the usual geese, duck and crows. Recently though we have seen a few Great Blue Herons and some Double Crested Cormorants. The Cormorants seem to like perching in one of the trees right above the fake owl someone hung up to discourage the birds. I am still trying to get a shot of them but did get some shots of one of the Herons. We usually see Herons in flight or along the water, not usually in trees. Taken with Canon 70D, Canon 100-400mm @ 400mm, 1/1250 sec, f/8 and ISO 320
