A Visit to Johnson's Mills

Like many others, we have been stopping by the Nature Conservancy Canada Johnson's Mills Shorebird Reserve and Interpretive Centre, to view the Semipalmated Sandpipers and a few Plovers. Beverley and I want to give a big thank you to the staff at the Center, as they are always informative and it is a pleasure to talk to them about the birds and wildlife in general. We have been stopping by for the last few years and this year made quite a few visits but it has only been the last couple of weeks when there have been many there. We have lucked out a couple of times and they put on a spectacular display for us. We have taken so many pictures, it is hard to choose what to share. These were from our last visit on the 17th. I tried to pick shots that are different from the usual pictures.
