Got back from Sheffield Mills Eagle Watch yesterday (more pics to come) and hit the road again today :) We headed down to Saint John to see if we could spot the local Snowy Owl, as we have not been having a lot of luck with the Tantramar Marsh residents. They were forecasting light snow turning to light rain in the afternoon, so we were hopeful. Ended up with blizzard conditions most of the way and then it turned to poring rain :(
We didn't see the Snowy but were did take a bit of a detour to Back Bay were we saw the Blue Morph Snow Goose that has been seen recently. We go a couple of pics and then some ducks spooked and scared it off. I did manage to get some good flights shots as a result though.
